Panel furniture automation · Since 1999

Make every machine
work as one.

FORTRAN engineers the movement between cutting, edge banding, drilling, sorting and packaging—so your production runs as one connected system.

Your line is only as fast as the movement between machines.

Fast saws, edge banders, CNCs and drilling machines still depend on how panels arrive, leave, turn, wait and reach packaging. We engineer those movements as one connected scope.

  • Reduce repeated manual handling
  • Coordinate equipment interfaces
  • Plan for panel range and throughput
  • Scale from one module to a full line
Talk about your bottleneck

From factory layout
to a workable solution.

A clear technical conversation first. Equipment selection follows the actual production requirement.

01

Understand

Share your layout, panel range, main machines and current bottleneck.

02

Engineer

We match proven modules to the required flow and define every interface.

03

Validate

The solution is checked against the agreed panel and operating conditions.

04

Support

Installation guidance and project support continue beyond equipment delivery.

Engineering becomes real on the factory floor.

Component fabrication, equipment assembly and system integration come together at our Foshan manufacturing base.

A specialist in the automation around your main machines.

We focus on panel handling, conveying, returning, sorting, buffering and packaging for furniture and woodworking factories. Standard modules are combined with project engineering where the flow requires it.

Production-first engineering

Designed around the factory—not just the machine.

Every project starts with the actual workpiece, layout, process sequence and production target.

  • Clear equipment boundaries
  • Project-matched interfaces
  • Practical acceptance criteria

Questions that help a project start clearly.

Every factory is different. These answers explain what we can establish before equipment selection begins.

01Can FORTRAN equipment connect with our existing machines?

Yes, many projects begin around an existing saw, edge bander, drilling machine or CNC. The machine model, interface conditions, panel flow and available layout must be confirmed before the final solution is defined.

02What information is needed to prepare a suitable proposal?

Share the panel length, width, thickness and weight range, your main machine models, target capacity, factory layout, current bottleneck and destination country. Photos or a short production video are also useful.

03Can we purchase one machine instead of a complete line?

Yes. A project can start with one conveying, lifting, returning, cleaning or packaging module, or cover a coordinated line when several production stages need to be connected.

04How do we receive specifications and a quotation?

Send the project information through the website form, email or WhatsApp. The FORTRAN team will review the application and confirm the relevant configuration before preparing commercial information.
